Ray Development Organization (RD) is a nationally registered Myanmar non-governmental organization founded to strengthen timely, dignified, and accountable humanitarian assistance in complex environments. RD currently prioritizes Rakhine State, Southern Shan State, and Bago Region, with readiness to expand to earthquake-affected and underserved areas (including Mandalay and Sagaing Regions) as access and partnerships allow.
RD’s scope of work is designed for integrated delivery. Our programs are humanitarian and early recovery oriented, with sectoral depth and cross-cutting protection, gender, and inclusion. RD works through community engagement, transparent targeting, risk-aware delivery modalities, and robust monitoring and accountability systems.
